The complete syllabus of CAT is divided into 13 different independent modules which cover all the required topics from the following sections:

Cracking a competitive entrance exam not only requires knowledge but also consistency, regularity & effective time management. To balance your board exam preparation with CUET, you must go through the syllabus for the board exams and CUET syllabus. You will find that in both exams, the weightage of a lot of topics is common. Apart from this you need to concentrate on English Language as well as General Test.

From the listed subjects/languages, the candidate can choose a maximum of 10 subjects from all three Sections. Examination will be conducted on multiple days in three shifts, depending on the number of candidates and subject choices.

Students should keep in mind specific points while selecting domain-specific subjects.
  1. Candidates must refer to the criteria of their selected university when picking languages/domain-specific subjects/and general tests since selections must meet the university’s standards.
  2. The University of Delhi has established that a candidate must appear in CUET only in subjects in which they have passed Class 12, but some other universities may not. As a result, candidates must check their desired universities to better understand.

After the declaration of the CUET 2023 result, the institutes will release merit lists of candidates qualifying for the exam and meeting the eligibility and cutoff criteria of that institute or university. Along with releasing the scorecard, NTA will send candidates scores to universities where they had opted for. Students have to register on the University Portal for counselling. Counselling fees range from 500 to 3000.
