To make a purchase on any of Alchemist centers or websites, you must comply with the terms set out in this Terms of Sale. You acknowledge that you are responsible for maintaining the security of, and restricting access to, your account and password, and you agree to accept responsibility for all purchases / registration and other activities that occur under your account. Alchemist reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time in its sole discretion.

We currently accept the following forms of payment: Cash, Cheque ('payable at' locations will be advised by the Centers), Bank Drafts, Credit Cards (MasterCard, Visa - varies across Centers due to banking channel availability, hence do please check with the individual centers), UPI, Mobile Wallets, Bank Wire or Electronic Transfer (details available at the Centers)

Refund in case of incorrect purchase: Programs purchased will not be refunded or changed to another program on grounds of incorrect selection at the time of purchase.
Refund in case of server error: In case the same program is purchased twice due to some server error, the following refund rules will apply - If the learner informs us within 2 Days, full refund would be done thereafter
Program Refund Policy: Refund is not applicable across all programs once the program and service is purchased.

Termination by you: You may, at any point in time, choose to terminate your subscription to a service by sending us an e-mail. Such termination will not change any amounts due to us.
Termination by Alchemist: Breach of any of the terms of this Agreement constitutes a termination of the Agreement. Any and all amounts due under this Agreement shall survive the Term of this Agreement. If you fail, or Alchemist suspects that you have failed, to comply with any of the provisions of this Agreement, including but not limited to failure to make payment of fees due, failure to provide Alchemist with a valid credit card or with accurate and complete Registration Data, failure to safeguard your Account information, violation of the Usage Rules or any license to the software, or infringement or other violation of third parties' rights, Alchemist, may terminate your subscription and/or your Account. No refunds will be issued in such a case of early Termination.

PROTECTING IPR (INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS) OF THE INSTITUTE:

The entire study material, teaching style, and pattern of the Institute whether written, printed, online, or through the Institute's website is protected under the Trade Mark Act and Indian Copy Right Act.
The study material (online/offline/website) provided by the Institute is only for the students enrolled with the Institute no outsider is allowed to access the same. No student is allowed to post any study material of the Institute on any social media platform or any video streaming channel either through photographs or video. Further, no student is allowed to distribute confidential information, teaching style, or study material to any person or faculty at any cost.
Under any circumstances whatsoever, video recording, photography, or screenshots of physical, offline, online, or recorded classes is strictly prohibited. By this, it is made very clear that any student found guilty of the same, shall be considered a serious offense.
If any student is found guilty of the above offense, strict action in the matter will be taken against such offender in a court of Law at their cost and risk, Registration of such offender will also be cancelled along with forfeiture of the fees paid and he or she will be liable to pay damages for a sum Rs.1,00,000/- along with the damages awarded in the court of Law (if any).
Any content posted by the students on the Institute's website or online classes shall be the sole responsibility of the students only and the Institute shall not be responsible for the same. However, by posting such content, students are giving a right to the Institute to use such content against or in Favor of the student posting the content.

That Alchemist reserves the right to amend, at its sole discretion without any prior notice and without any liability the terms and conditions and features of the courses and products, including but not limited to: pricing, class timing, teaching methodology, class venues, Institute locations, faculty, class size, frequency of classes and class duration.
Schedule of classes will be fixed and finalized by Alchemist at its sole discretion. However, Alchemist will try best accommodate the request of students whenever possible but it offers no guarantee and accepts no liability to accommodate such requests.
